Each of these NFPL Divisions comprises ten teams. Each team plays all the others at home and away, during a season running between late March and October.
Each match comprises one round of two triples games, followed by a round of three doubles games – a total of five games in a match.
The league table is determined by the number of matches won. If two teams have won the same number of matches, then the team having won most games is placed higher. If these two criteria cannot separate two teams, then placing is determined by the difference between points scored and conceded.
During each season a player can only play for one club in this league.

Each of these SCPA Divisions comprises seven teams. Each team plays all the others at home and away, during a season running between late March and October.
Each match comprises one round of two triples games, followed by a round of three doubles games – a total of five games in a match.
One point is scored for each game won, plus one point for the winning team. Thus, a 3-2 result scores 4 points for the winner and 2 points for the loser.
