SCPA Presentation Evening – Muscliff Juniors Success

SCPA held their Presentation Night last evening and the Muscliff Juniors were celebrated. Aimee had
won the Regional Junior Singles during the year and was then awarded the accolade of the Most
Improved Player – SCPA – in 2023, why? Well I am not on the Committee, but she had won the SCPA
junior singles, runner up in the PE junior singles, losing semi finalist in the PE Junior Doubles,
represented PE in an International junior Invitation event in Germany etc etc and all this from a lass
whom only turned 12 years of age this year, her progress has been amazing.
Lewis won the shooting at the SCPA champs and also got his Green Award.
Alex was runner up so many times I lost count and got his Red Award, as did Matthew, Aimee and
Tristan, who could not make the presentation.
What else had this bunch achieved? Matthew and Alex were runners up in PE Junior Doubles;
Matthew 3rd place in PE Junior Singles, they represented SCPA at the Inter-Regioinals and did OK.
Will all need to work hard to achieve as much next year but their potential is fantastic.
Oh and they can dance too!!
