20 couples gathered for our annual Tony Giordano Memorial Doubles in aid of the British Heart foundation. It was great to see Riccardo and Marcella Giordano (Tony’s sons) among the competitors while wife Lesley attended to present the trophies. The winners of the overall competition were Steve Bassett and Alan Cannard from Flights beating the home team of Jim Donnelly and Sue Godwin. The Gold Consolage was won by Mark Rattue and Paula Fauval and the Silver winners were Leo and Annette Black. Congratulations to all who took part and £312 was raised for the British Heart Foundation.
