34 (17 pairs) souls turned out for the Tony Giordano Charity Double on a bitterly cold day which turned to rain during the afternoon. The home club were represented by 9 pairs, Weymouth PC by 6 and Parley PC by 2.
The winners were Clifton Gonsalves and Mick Roberts (who won the opening event in 2022) beating Derrick Elsmore and Gilles Martin in the final. The losing semi-finalists were Lawrence Drinkhill & Ray Stanton and Neil Ryder & David Shires.
The total raised from the event for the British Heart Foundation was £308.50. Well done to one and all.
